Hello!

I’m Donna Macri, and I’m proud to be affiliated with Weichert Realtors® in Upper Montclair. I was born and raised in Jersey City, where I have wonderful memories of spending hours outside playing with friends until the street lights came on. That sense of neighborhood and connection has stayed with me throughout my life.

I graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1990 with a degree in Accounting and Finance. I went on to build a rewarding career as a health benefits consultant, working closely with clients and helping them navigate important decisions. I understand the importance of listening carefully, being responsive, and developed relationships rooted in trust. Today, I bring that same thoughtful and personal approach to real estate.

For me, the meaning of home is deeply personal. My husband and I purchased our first home in Rutherford in 1999, and we’re happy to still call it home today. I remember how exciting and special it was to find a place of our own. As the mom of two grown sons, I’ve also experienced how a home grows and changes along with a family, and the importance of feeling connected to the community around you.
