About Cindy

Born and raised in New Jersey, real estate sales professional Cindy Krayer has called Essex County home for the past 20 years. It’s where she and her husband bought their first home, raised their daughter, and formed a deep appreciation for the communities and connections that make Essex County so special. Cindy’s path to real estate began when she and her husband started investing in property with the goal of building generational wealth and creating additional income for retirement. What began as a personal investment journey soon grew into a passion for helping others feel more confident navigating the world of real estate. 

With more than two decades of experience in marketing, client relationships, and strategic planning, Cindy brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work as a real estate professional. She understands that buying a home, especially for the first time, can feel both exciting and overwhelming. Her approach is simple: listen first, answer questions honestly, and help clients understand their options so they can make informed decisions with confidence. Whether it’s a first home, a home for this chapter of life, or an investment for the future, she wants every client to feel supported and never pressured.

When she’s not pursuing her passion for real estate, Cindy enjoys practicing yoga, exploring the area, and listening to podcasts and audiobooks. An entrepreneur at heart, she is also the owner of CK Handmade Wreaths, a small business that she built from the ground up. That experience has deepened her appreciation for personal connections, attention to detail, and creating an experience where people feel valued.

Serving clients throughout Essex County, with a particular connection to Bloomfield, Montclair, Glen Ridge, and surrounding communities, Cindy believes real estate is about much more than buying and selling property. It’s about people, their goals, and the lives they’re building. Her goal is to be the knowledgeable, approachable advocate clients can count on from the first conversation to the closing table and beyond.
