About Michele

My name is Michele Nardino, for more than 25 years, I’ve built my career around helping people learn, grow, and reach their goals. As an educator, I’ve served as a special education teacher, literacy coach, and school administrator, earning two master’s degrees in Learning Disabilities and Educational Leadership along the way. Today, I’m excited to bring that same dedication, patience, and commitment to my work as a real estate professional with Weichert.

As a longtime New Jersey resident, educator, and mom, I understand that buying or selling a home is about so much more than a transaction. A home is where families grow, memories are made, and new chapters begin. My goal is to make the process feel understandable and manageable while making sure my clients feel heard, informed, and supported from beginning to end.

My background in education has taught me how to listen carefully, communicate clearly, solve problems, stay organized, and advocate for the people who depend on me. Those are the same qualities I bring to every client relationship. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for your next one, downsizing, or preparing to sell, I’ll take the time to understand what matters most to you and guide you through each step.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to music, gardening, exploring new places, and—fittingly—working on puzzles. I’ve always loved the challenge of putting the pieces together, and I think real estate is much the same: finding the right pieces to help people get where they want to be.
