About Angel

My journey in real estate leadership is grounded in a lifelong commitment to people, growth, and purpose. For more than 30 years, the love and inspiration I’ve drawn from raising my four children shaped the work ethic, resilience, and empathy I bring to everything I do. As they’ve grown and pursued their own paths, that same dedication now fuels my passion for leading, mentoring, and building strong, collaborative real estate professionals. I’ve worn many hats throughout my career—entrepreneur, business owner, office manager, and business development leader—owning a traveling book sales business, founding and operating a daycare and preschool serving 250 families, empowering women through multiple fitness franchises, and supporting the growth of a healthcare practice. Each experience strengthened my ability to lead with clarity, accountability, and heart.

As Branch Vice President and Sales Leader of the Weichert Upper Montclair office, I lead with two core principles: an unwavering work ethic and a genuine, people-first mindset. Caring for others—clients, colleagues, and agents—has always been the most rewarding part of my career, and it’s the foundation of my leadership philosophy. Since entering real estate in 2004, I’ve built my success on listening closely, supporting intentionally, and doing the right thing every time. I am deeply committed to creating an environment where motivated agents feel supported, empowered, and equipped to grow sustainable, fulfilling businesses. At Weichert Upper Montclair, my goal is simple: to foster a culture where agents are treated like family, collaboration thrives, and success is built together.
